Providing program management for the Oregon Department of Transportation's
OTIA III State Bridge Delivery Program

The OTIA III Bridge Delivery Program is a new way of doing business for the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), and many of the permitting and data tools that have been developed are unique to this effort. This web site was developed to provide a resource for those participating in the OTIA III Bridge Delivery Program. Get more information about the environmental program background at ODOT’s official OTIA III Environmental program web site.

Environmental Excellence Awards

ODOT received Best Program award for Environmental Excellence from the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO).
The agency was recognized for its implementation of Context Sensitive and Sustainable Solutions (CS³) in its OTIA III State Bridge Delivery Program.

ODOT receives the Federal Highway Administration's prestigious "Environmental Excellence Award for Environmental Streamlining".
The award recognizes ODOT’s Bridge Replacement Environmental Stewardship Program, a unique approach to managing the replacement and repair of highway bridges throughout the state.
